CHLORINATORS FOR WATER SYSTEMS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
The solution for small water plants
These awesome chlorinators are meant for dosing sodium hypochlorite in waterworks storage areas which do not require electricity.
Mechanical chlorinators are particularly useful for water managers, municipalities, mountain communities, and consortium running aqueducts. Moreover, they are practical to use and require minimal maintenance.
PROPORTIONAL CHLORINATORS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
Proportional chlorinators are the perfect solution for dosing sodium hypochlorite in waterworks storage areas where there are no electrical connections. This chlorinator works automatically thanks to the water which passes through it. Corresponding to the quantity of water, this machine activates a mechanical pump which doses the chlorine in the tank. This type of chlorinators avoids not only chlorine excesses in the tank, but also the lack of chlorine, necessary for microbiological reduction. Furthermore, they always guarantee a specific dosage considering the quantity of water to be treated. Among chlorine water systems on the market, only the proportional one, working without electricity, allows a constant chlorination considering the varying water flow of the spring.

GRAVITY CHLORINATOR WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
This is a practical and economic solution for dosing sodium hypochlorite in waterworks storage areas where there is no electricity. The gravity chlorinator has to be positioned above the waterworks storage area and works constantly, thanks to the gravity of the hypochlorite storage container. A calibrated capillary tube controls the dosage, the regulation of which is easily carried out by a storage area operator. The great advantage of these chlorinators, more than the working without no electricity, is the easy installation and regulation. This type of chlorinator is also highly employed in waste water plants.

PROPORTIONAL CHLORINATOR WITH ELECTRICITY
This is a minimal and inexpensive solution for dosing sodium hypochlorite in waterworks storage areas equipped with electricity. The chlorinator is formed by a proportional dosing pump which receives signals from a particular meter, employed for measuring the water flow passing through it and turns the flow into proportional signals (the greater is the water flow, the more powerful is the signal). By receiving the proportional signal, the dosing pump will inject sodium hypochlorite in the storage area following an automatic quantity without being influenced by any pumps or flow variations. This system is used for both small quantities of water (apartment buildings, campsites, industries…) and bigger water flows (consortium, water managers, and public entities).
