Side channel blowers are meant for plants where it is required to have a higher pressure than the one characterizing membrane blowers. They have a wider field of use than membrane blowers: thanks to their features, it is possible to use them not only in water treatment but also in oxidation tanks, material separations, smoke vacuums and drying devices.
Their mechanism consists in increasing the aspirated gas pressure in order to cause a number of vortexes, which are generated by the centrifugal force of the wings (attached to the impeller) and by the toroidal shape. This process allows the device to work correctly during its main phases: aspiration and compression.
Its alluminium structure guarantees lightness and manageability. Moreover, its moving parts, not being in contact, don’t need any kind of lubrification: this tool is available for biogas and combustible gas plants, where it is essential not to contaminate the channelled gas with oily products.

Accessories
- Soundproof cabins: decrease on average by 12 dB the noise of the blower, which is made almost completely silent.
- Reverse flow devices: invert the air direction to a channel in a very short time.
- Overpressure valve: when the calibrated pressure exeeds, the valve opens and reduces it.
- Check valve: allows one flow direction.
- In-line filter: purifies the incoming air inside the blower.
Side channel blowers come in two different editions: single impeller single stage and twin impeller double stage, to adapt to the needs of our customers. The electric motors are apt for continuous service: single-phase supply voltages stand up to 4,6 kW; three-phase ones are meant for higher values.

FPZ blowers

FPZ blowers are used in various sectors, including pharmaceutical, Textile, paper and water treatment industries.
They are divided into four main groups based on different uses: single impeller single stage, single impeller double stage, twin impeller single stage and twin impeller double stage.
All blowers are equipped with inlet/outlet silencers, and can be completed with various accessories.
